A few past hand written journal entries.
These Journal entries show some of what he does to me at work.
He gets my coworkers to participate in performances.
In one of these entries it explains how he hacked the work phone then got someone to come into the shop I worked at to do things the let me know he's hacked into the IPhone at work.
Another shows how he even got the store owners to do specific things to indirectly threaten me. In their defense, I'm sure he just had them put in the red lights with some kind of lie or manipulative excuse. But what he was really doing was trying to keep me from going to that location, most likely since that's where the owners usually were. He didn't want me to tell them more or explain to them what he doing.
Upon bringing up my concerns, since my boss knew I had been being bothered by him and I had already told her that he uses other people to harass me, I was immediately fired.
The concern was brought up to HR, and it was HR that fired me while trying to twist my words into making it sound like I quit.
They didn't want to get in trouble for participating in the abusive behavior I'm sure. But, all they had to do was let people know not to participate any longer.
Filing a complaint to HR about potential abuse in the work place is a protected act. I've given them a notice that I intended to sue for the abusive behavior.
All I wanted was a job and for Mt employers to know what's appropriate work place behavior so I dint end p back on the streets due to his actions again.
This employer also took unauthorized payroll deductions.
I really actually liked my job and would have just stayed quite about that last one if I could continue to work and know that my employer wouldn't allow abusive behavior in the work place. However, now that they have had a chance to rethink everything and have chosen not to take the remedy actions or even negotiate to come to an agreement I'll have to stand up for myself and contact the TWC for the payroll deductions, the EEOC for bring fired when all I wanted was to not be abused at work, and an attorney for the actual advise actions they agreed to perform and take part in.
Unfortunately, even though I told my boss about my stalker, she decided to help my stalker and instead of coming clean about it and working things out with me, she chose to gas light me and deny everything despite the fact that I have evidence and many witnesses, some of which were trying to tell me about what they were participating in for which my job was threatened if I continued to speak to those individuals.
Sorry about the bad hand writting and if this blog post seems a bit scattered. I'm still a little off due to my last poisoning and being out in the sun working all day.
For anyone who reads this and who is participating in it: I never agreed to this, I do not enjoy what's being done to me, this is abuse. And I'll be holding him and all participants responsible for their actions.
I have a 2 strike rule. I'll explain what the guy is doing to me in most cases to someone I learn is participating, and if they continue in either cutting them or of my life, filing a police report, pressing charges or suing. Whatever is appropriate for their level of participation and for who they are in relation to me.
I'll be sharing more of my physical entries from before I started this blog to show more on how he continues to interfere with and damage my life.
