Poisoned again? I keep PH strips handy.

10:30pm 

Well, my mouth is irritated. I tend to start holding air in my mouth due to the irritation, that's typically my first sign before the other symptoms start. 

Also,  I'm suddenly tired and my thoughts are a little scattered. My throat is a bit irritated again too. I think I may have gotten ahold of whatever he has someone using on me again. 

He tends to have someone do this (if he isn't doing it himself) when I talk about it, or when he is randomly offended by who the hell knows what, or maybe sometimes when he just feels like it... He's sick and this is messed up.

The only thing I can think of is that I didn't clean out the cup I used for a refill at the gas station after it had day on my car for a few a good part of the day. I usually rinse out my cups very well or just get a new one. 

Either that or something was done to the packaged zebra cakes I had at home. They were still in the wrapper so I thought they would be safe. But, if someone used a syringe and injected a little something into the cream center I may not of noticed. 

Other than that, the only other thing I ate recently was soup from an unopened can. 

I should have read that book he told me about when we were dating. I think it was called "The Royal Art of Poisoning" 🤦‍♀️

I'm ok though, so there's no need to worry, this has been my normal for a long time now. 

It seems like only a little bit, I caught it pretty quickly so I'm not totally out of it.

Time to get out my PH test strips and see if I can tell what it was...

The PH of diet pepsi is around a 2.39 according to Google. Which makes it an acid. 

The suspected poison is bleach, which is a base.

My test strip is showing a ph of 5-6, meaning a base was added to my acidic drink...

I don't keep bleach in my home anymore for this reason. 

I need to find someone who can treat me for bleach poisoning, but, for now it's safe for me to sleep and go to the doctor tomorrow. All they will do is tell me to drink lots of water,  rest and eat nutritious foods. So the only reason I'm really going is to have a record of what happened. Then to the PD for another police report.

If I had consumed enough to make me dizzy or delirious I'd call 911. But this isn't an emergency, just an annoyance that is going to make me tired and a little messed up for a few days. The hospital will just stick me with needles, yell me nothing is showing up on the labs and send me home. 

This is effed up, who the hell does this to someone?

10:49pm called poison control. They confirmed that mouth irritation is common with bleach poisoning. They said if it's just a little bit to rinse my mouth with lots of water. 

Poison control keeps records of each call. So this is yet another way for me to keep a paper trail of things my stalker does.
