Cruelty to Animals 6/21/25

When I was getting sick a lot with what I now know to be poisoning symptoms my cats were experiencing odd symptoms too.

I had a couple that the p there for a lot without any other known reason for it.

Tiger, the part Main Coon Tabby would experience worse than normal skin irritation that cared over grooming, rash and scabs due to scratching so much. I thought it was fleas for a while, but there were no fleas in sight.

Mittens and a few others would seem to have a harder time with their balance (something I too would experience)

And Winter suddenly stated getting what I call "Wonky Eyes"

Due to this ass hole making it very hard for me to just support myself in general, I haven't been able to get the Vet for any of these issues. But they all seemed to show up when I was also feeling bad with all the poisoning symptoms.

Then it occurred to me that they were probably getting these symptoms from the same poison I was ingesting because I would take my water that I left out after getting home from work and pour it into one of their bowls before getting myself a fresh glass. It was a conservation attempt.

I've since stored doing that. If I poured my own easier into their bowls it is only water that I opened while at home, and poured into their bowls before ever leaving it unattended in the house at all.

Basically, the only water that any of us, myself out the cats, drink that has been left unattended while I'm gone is their water bowls now.

Winter had Wonky Eyes again today...

He has had someone come in and put something in their water bowls, I'm sure of it.

This shows not only patterns of abuse to myself and my kids, but also to our pets.

*Winter and the rest seem to be doing fine at this time. She's keeping more to herself than normal and a sign had been placed next to their food and water letting people know that all of this is currently being investigated. Anyone who participates will be held accountable.

I'm looking for someone to foster them to keep them safe until this is over.

*update 6/22/25: Ash is producing more saliva than usual, drooling is another symptom of bleach poisoning as well as other types of chemical poisoning.
