Weird Emails from A Special Agent (*no longer For draft only)

I received this email from a special agent in Pheonix, AZ.

The are copies of that email conversation. 

The odd thing is, I got a call from the agent but my phone didn't ring. Abs, the call didn't show up in my call history, but I did get voicemails from the agent. Due to the fact that I'm being stalked by a hacker I'm wondering if he hacked into my phone to keep these 2 calls from coming through so I wouldn't talk to the Agent for fear that I would say something about him or try to get the agent to help me with this situation. 

Unless it's my ex pretending to be the agent to mess with me, pretending to be someone else or hiring people to do so is something he's been known to do. 

So, I'm going to have to document it incase it needs to be addressed by the correct authorities.

I did try calling the agent a few times but only ever get his voicemail. As of today 6/13/25 I have not received a call back. 

The only link I have to anyone in that area is Patrick Legenzoff, a man who goes by the YouTube Channel handle "The Sober Investor"

I lived in a group home from December 2023- (I believe) late February or early March 2024 ran by Thrive together Residencies. I'll need to write a bit about my experiences there that I think may be related to my ex and my Stalking experience which includes things Don told me about himself that didn't add up... (was he also an actor?)

So, the man that ran the place from the DFW area is Donovan Richards, aka Don Rich on Facebook. I also spoke often to a woman named Andrea Harden who was his business partner who I was told lived in Florida. 

In February of 2024 I was speaking to Don about being an area manager for his two homes in Fort Worth. He also mentioned that Patrick wanted to donate a van to the group home to help get the residents to appointments and for other errands needed. 

I jumped at the opportunity. 

Don flew me out to Pheonix to pick the van up from Patrick. I met Patrick and his wife at the airport, got the van and drove it back to Fort Worth making a stop that night on El Paso to rest since it was a 15 hour drive after having been on a flight to Pheonix just earlier that day.

After getting back I kept trying to get information about things relating to my new job such as pay any when I was going to fill out any employment paperwork. Don kept putting it off stating that he needed to talk to Patrick about it. 

I ended up going a few weeks, doing work for both the Fort Worth locations without any knowledge of what I'm going to be paid before my mom contacted me and needed to move. 

I embedded up using that situation to leave the group home I felt like I was being used and taken advantage of. 

I had been announced as the area manager to ask the residents, did the job, went to the men's house when there was an altercation to meet with police and help defuse the situation, did all kinds of things that would be in my job description all while not knowing what I was going to be paid, only knowing that I was supposed to get my $700/month of tent for free, which wasn't near enough compensation for dealing with the types of residents I had to deal with. 

When I announced that I'm moving out and living with my mom who got a motel room for herself and or cats I was them told to keto the job I was promised I would still need to live in one of the houses. This didn't make sense because I had to travel between 2 houses anyway. 

I left and demanded compensation of which I finally receive $800 via Cash app.

I do so have the phone any text messages and calls between myself and either Don or Andrea were on and could supply the conversations we had about my job duties and disputes over pay and illegal hiring practices. 

I dint really know exactly why this agent would have called me. I reached out to Andrea who is a FB friend and she must have had Don contact me. They seem to think it's about the van, but if that's the case, it would have been much easier for an agent to get ahold of one of them. 

Either way, Don informed me of the location of the van via FB messenger. But also claims that he was never contacted by anyone about the fraud that Patrick is presumably involved in despite their business dealings. 

Our recent conversation is below, it includes where Don states is address of the location of the van.

With that our of the way, I'll need to write a future post about how I think Donovan may have had something to do with or was in contact with my stalker Ex. Including how he is supposed to be a motivational speaker but had no social media presence to advertise himself, which is unusual for that kind of business, but he himself told me he didn't advertise that business online. And also how he told me he was doing a speaking and going sky diving at one point (I forgot exactly where), but that same day he was supposed to be doing that Patrick was sky diving and posted a video of it. I assumed they must have went together, but I haven't found any evidence that Don actually went. 

And what about the residents that were dropping hints about the food being poisoned while I was being sick alot? I later figured out that he had to be having people poison me and was rushed to the hospital in January of 2025 for that exact thing (I think there's already a blog post about this)... there's more and it's just stop much to have to write about on a phone. But, I'll eventually get to it all...

*** Update 6/16/25***

Received another email from the Special Agent, as shown below.

This was seem this morning. Because it mentioned that he had tried to call again I went to check my call logs and voicemails at 10:09am and saw nothing. 

Then as I was looking for it a Voicemail showed up on my phone,  as shown below:

Here is my call log, the only Pheonix call was me calling the special agent at 1:24 pm... I had things to take care of this morning and valued when finished. 

When I called the Agent back he said that he saw dieing his investigation of Patrick that I and my dad had a business arrangement with Patrick and his wife. 

I explained that I only met him twice and that all I did was drive a van from AZ to TX for Thrive together Residencies... with which Patrick actually had a business partnership with, which is something the agent should have known and should have contacted that company about as they are apparently still in business and should be easy to reach.

I dint think I was talking to a special agent due to the fact that my dad should have never came up on this conversation, I think I was talking to my ex. He brought up my dad most likely so I would call my dad about it after since I didn't contact my dad for father's day yesterday due to both his involvement with doing what my stalker manipulated him to do want possibly due to the stalker hijacking phone calls and text messages to try to pretend to be my dad to mislead me into thinking I was only tired and that's why I was exhibiting symptoms of Poisoning a while back. 

I haven't spoken to my dad in about 2 months and let someone on FB know this was why I wasn't calling him on Father's day yesterday. So, he dropped my dad into the conversation to try to manipulate me into calling my dad so that he could no longer feel like it's his fault that I won't talk to my family anymore. That's what people with personality disorders do, they stack lots and manipulations on top of lies and manipulations to to to cover up their past lies and manipulations...

He originally contacted me to try to make it seem like someone else was doing something wrong as a diversion tactic, to make me focus off another wrong doings so I dint think about his own involvement in the things I went through, which is also a really big personality disorder symptom.

I could be wrong, but I dint think so. And I think he was impersonating a Federal Agent to mess with me. 

If I am seeing, then at the very least I'm sure he was making sure I wasn't getting the agent's call, when I was still receiving other calls on the first day the "agent" tried to call me. 

Either way, highly illegal on a federal level, highly abusive and interfering with my daily life which he had been told on several occasions to stop. 

And now, since I do believe this was just all him, I'll be publishing this article.
